Update Your Mojo Plan

When you join Mojo, in order to access our 0% mark up rates, you select one of two levels of EnergyPass® – Basic or Plus+. If you wish to change plans - for instance, if you selected Basic, but you’d like a smart meter (which we highly recommend) – this is what you need to do.
Log into your MyMojo account. You’ll be presented with your personal dashboard, where you can view your current spend and usage for the month so far.
Click Billing and Payments on the navigation bar on the left, under the Mojo logo. Here you’ll find a summary of your account details, including your last bill and your estimated current bill.
Scroll down the page and you’ll find your previous bills. Underneath, you’ll see your selected plan and a link to Update Plan. Click the link.
This will take you to an email form. Most fields will already be filled out for you – just say hi and let us know the change you want to make and we’ll be in touch with the next steps.
