I’m a Basic EnergyPass® customer, how do estimated and actual readings affect me?

If you are a Mojo Basic EnergyPass® customer you get access to 0% mark up energy rates, but you do not get a smart meter upgrade (which is why we really recommend upgrading to a Plus+ EnergyPass®). This means that for every 3 month period, you will receive 2 estimated readings and 1 actual reading. The actual reading on the 3rd month will correct any discrepancies in the first 2 months.

Every attempt will be made to read your meter every 3 months, but there are reasons why this may not happen.
