I’m a Plus+ EnergyPass® customer, how do estimated and actual readings affect me?

If you are a Mojo Plus+ customer you not only get access to 0% mark up energy rates, but also a smart meter upgrade. Once you have your smart meter, you won’t need another physical meter reading - your energy usage will be transmitted to us remotely every day. This means that you will always be billed on actual readings and not estimates.
Smart meter installations are usually 12 weeks after your transfer is completed. During this time you will be billed on estimated readings for the first two months and on the third month, any discrepancy will be adjusted.
