What is the switching process?

You have a 10 business day cooling-off period from the day you sign up, where you have the right to change your mind about switching electricity providers.
To get things started, you’ll need to confirm your email by clicking on a link we send you and you’ll also need to pay your initial invoice, which is your first EnergyPass® payment. With this done, Mojo will request your electricity distributor to read your current electricity meter, which normally occurs within a week or two. This special meter read will be free of charge and allow you to swiftly make the switch to Mojo from the date the read is taken. We will email you to confirm your switch to Mojo.
Plus+ EnergyPass® customers then will have a new smart meter installed when our installers are next in your area.
